Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the birthplace of Chiropractic.  Also has BS degree and attended Northern Illinois University.

• Chiropractic Sports Physician (CSP), 2001.  This is a 100 hour certification in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries.  Dr. Crum has worked with several local college and highschool atheletes and coaches.  Team chiropractor for the three time national champion Virginia Intermont Cross Country teams.  Has treated professioanl runner and world record holder in the 25K Fernando Cabada.  Has attended the Professional Chiropractic Football seminar in conjuction with the NFL combine in Indianapolis IN.
• Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Specialist (CCRS), 1998.  This is a 100 hour certification in rehabilitation techiniques. 
• Active Member of the American Chiropractic Association since 1994.
• Founding member, and past executive board member of Bristols Healing Hands Health Center (HHHC). HHHC provides all forms of conventional health care to uninsured working residents of the greater Bristol area.  Dr. Crum continues to volunteer at HHHC and provide care to these patients.
• Dr Crum has worked with area business' to develop more ergonomically safe work stations and save lost time from work due to musculoskeletal injuries.
• Licensed in Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina
